- 循环冷却水系统是天然气处理厂的重要组成部分,循环水量占厂内工业用水的60%以上。但循环冷却水系统在运行过程中通常会产生腐蚀、结垢、细菌滋生等问题,影响系统的正常运行。通过对天然气处理厂循环冷却水系统常见腐蚀的类型和腐蚀因素的分析,结合现行循环冷却水处理设计规范的有关规定,针对性总结了各种防腐控制方式的应用以及对主要控制指标和效果的影响。
Recycled cooling water system is one of the most important components in gas treatment plant and its recycled water volume is more than 60% of total industrial water volume of the gas plant.Recycled cooling water system may result in corrosion,scaling and microbe breeding during its operation,which will affect its normal operation.Analyzed are common corrosions on recycled cooling water system in gas treatment plant and conditions resulting in such corrosions.Combined with relevant requirements in current design specifications for recycled cooling water system,described are application of various corrosion control methods and effect of such control methods on main water quality control index.
