- 2007年，四川地区天然气管网建设进入了一个高速发展的阶段，中国石油西南油气田分公司成德输气管道工程、北内环集输气管道工程、南干线西段复线工程、南干线东段安全隐患整改工程等陆续开工建设。输气管道的河流大中型穿越大多采用了定向钻穿越方式。举例分析了实际工程定向钻穿越设计及施工中出现的进场道路整修、卵石层处理、冒浆控制、防腐层保护、回拖场地处理、勘察要求等一系列问题，提出了相应的预防处理措施。
In 2007,natural gas pipeline network construction in Sichuan region came into a stage of rapid development.PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company started successively ChengduDeyang Gas Pipeline Project,North Inner Ring Gas Gathering and Transportation Pipeline Project,South Trunk Western Doublepipeline Project and Potential Safety Hazard Rectification Project in South Trunk Eastern Section.In these gas pipeline projects,directional drilling crossing method was selected for a number of gas pipelines crossing large and medium rivers.Summarized are a series of issues occurring in directional drilling crossing design and construction,such as site access construction,pebble bed treatment,grout oozing out treatment,corrosion layer protection,dragbackward site treatment and survey method.Examples are taken to analyze causes of the issues and possible effects,corresponding preventive measures are proposed,which are helpful to future directional drilling river crossing design and construction in this region.
