随着目前高压、高处理量天然气处理厂的增加,安全泄放成为处理厂设计的重点。着重论述作为泄放系统重要组成部分的限流孔板孔径的选取方法,并以实验结果论证孔径的选取是否合适。实验结果证明了紧急泄压时如加有限流孔板,放空更为安全、平稳。
With increase of natural gas treatment plants with high pressure and large treatment capacity, relief system has become more and more important. Restriction orifice is an important part of the relief system and its design is very important accordingly. Discussed is restriction orifice diameter selection in order to ensure safe relief in case of fire. Demonstrated is the reasonableness of restriction orifice diameter selection by using experimental results and these experimental results show that proper restriction orifice can ensure safe and smooth relief in case of emergency conditions.
