- 总结南干线西段(纳溪—成都)复线工程“EPC”工程项目各阶段费用控制的经验和教训,认为:观念的转变促进了设计人员责任心的提高;技术与经济上充分考虑工程可行性,为费用控制创造了有利条件;整合线路、阀室、站场用管材和管件,方便了采购;严格控制热煨弯头数量和管道开挖土石方量,节省了成本;通过程序化、文件化管理使设计人员现场服务标准化,减少了设计变更,提高了服务质量,为后期成功索赔提供了依据。
Summarized are experiences and lessons in cost control at each stage of "EPC" project of Southern Trunk Line West Section (Naxi Chengdu) double pipelines. It is believed that conception change strengthens responsibility sense of designers, project feasibility fully considered technically and economically provides favorable conditions for cost control, integration of pipe materials and fittings for pipelines, valve vaults and stations provides convenience for procurement, quantity of hot bended elbows and earthworks of pipeline excavation controlled strictly can save costs, programming and documented management can reduce design change, improve service quality and provide basis for successful claim.
