- 目前我国天然气管道建设项目的环境影响评价工作日益受到重视，但是在评价工作逐步开展的同时也有许多问题亟需解决。通过对天然气长输管道建设项目工程特点的分析，评述了天然气长输管道建设项目环境影响评价的特点，对在施工期和运营期可能产生的环境影响性质、程度及环境风险进行了探讨，指出天然气长输管道工程建设项目环境影响评价的重点应是管道建设施工期的生态环境影响评价和管道运行期的环境风险评价。
At present, more and more attention is given to environmental effect assessment in gas pipeline construction projects. However, there are many relative problems to be solved urgently. Analyzed are characteristics of environmental effect assessment in longdistance gas pipeline construction projects, discussed are key points and difficulties in environmental effect assessment and it is pointed out that ecological environmental effect assessment during pipeline construction and environmental risk assessment during pipeline operation shall be key points of environmental effect assessment in longdistance gas pipeline construction projects.
