:随着西气东输、川气东送、陕京线等大型管道的建成,压气站数量逐渐增多,而燃气轮机作为压气站的主要驱动设备,起着至关重要的作用。针对燃气轮机常出现的轴承失效、喘振现象、叶片断裂、启动失效、齿轮失效等几种失效形式进行故障分析,建立燃气轮机故障树模型。根据系统的事件发生概率不确定情况,将模糊数学引入到故障树方法,给出了燃气轮机的模糊故障树安全评估方法。研究表明,该方法用于燃气轮机的安全评估是行之有效的。
With completion of several largescale gas pipelines, such as WestEast Gas Pipeline, SichuanEast Gas Pipeline and ShaanxiBeijing Gas Pipeline, amount of compressor stations is increasing gradually. As main driving equipment of compressor station, gas turbine plays a crucial role. A malfunction analysis is performed according to several common failure modes of gas turbine, such as bearing failure, surge phenomena, blade fracture, startup failure and gear failure and established is fault tree model for gas turbine. As the event occurrence rate is not certain, the fuzzy mathematics is introduced into the fault tree method and the fuzzy fault tree safety evaluation method is given for gas turbine. Practical results show that the method is effective in the safety assessment of gas turbine.
