- 清管器在运行过程中会因为诸多不可预见因素而卡堵在管线内。介绍了清管器的运行规律，综合分析了钢制管道清管作业过程中清管器可能卡堵的原因，总结了相应的解卡办法，以新疆某油田清管作业过程中清管器卡堵事件为例介绍了清管器的解卡。结合多年的现场经验对清管作业提出了几点可供借鉴的启示，供现场技术人员参考。
Pig is likely to be blocked in pipeline during pigging operation because of many unforeseeable causes. Described is pig operation rule in pipeline, analyzed comprehensively are pig blocking causes during steel pipeline pigging operation and summarized are some measures for blockingreleasing. Taking pigging operation in Tarim Oilfield for example, introduced is the blockingreleasing process. Based on practical experience in many years, several blockingreleasing methods are put forward for pigging operators.
