- 阐述了在上海白沙湾原油商业储备基地工程建设中，采用国产08MnNiVR钢材建造15×104 m3大型储罐的实践。国产高强钢板材在15×104 m3原油储罐（第1～6节罐壁）工程焊接施工中尚属国内首次应用。如何保证新型钢材焊接施工的质量是关键问题，石油化工工程质量监督总站管道储运分站，与参建各方一起，采取了严格的事前预控、事中监督、事后检查，目标明确、措施到位等手段，保证了施工的顺利进行，为国产钢材在建造大型储罐提供了可借鉴的经验。
Introduced is Baishawan Crude Oil Commercial Reserve Base Tank Construction in Shanghai, in which large 15×104 m3 tanks are made of domestic 08MnNiVR steel plates. It is the first time that welding construction is conducted in the domestic high strength steel plates used for 15×104 m3 oil tanks (from section 1 to 6). The critical issue is to assure the welding construction quality of the new type steel plates. Together with parties involved in the construction, Petroleum Chemical Engineering Quality Supervision General Station Pipeline Transportation Branch has taken such measures as strict precontrol in advance, supervision during welding construction and inspection after welding construction to assure smooth construction, which provides some reference experience for using domestic steel plates in constructing large tanks.
