结合西气东输主力气源地新疆油气田双金属复合管的成功应用实例,介绍了双金属复合管的施工及焊接技术,该技术综合采用了特殊的坡口形式、焊接工序、焊接方法、焊接材料等工艺方法,解决了焊接难题,提出了常见缺陷的消减措施,为后续复合管在酸性高压腐蚀介质条件下的推广应用及施工提供技术参考。
Introduced is the welding technique for bimetal clad pipe in combination with successful application example of bimetal clad pipe in Xinjiang oil and gas field, the main gas source of WestEast Gas Pipeline. Special bevel forms, welding procedure, welding method and welding rod are applied in this technique and measures are put forward for reducing common defects, which has important reference value for future wide application of bimetal clad pipe in high pressure sour corrosive media.
