- 摘要:
- 为了改善舰用润滑脂的粘附性,以聚酯油和玉门油田炼化总厂MVI 600精制矿物油为基础油,采用一定的炼制工艺皂化异丙醇铝制成基础脂。在一定条件下加入合适的增粘剂、防锈剂和抗氧剂等功能添加剂,考察了添加剂的配伍性,生产出具有良好的润滑性、粘附性、防锈性和抗水性的润滑脂产品,质量指标完全符合国家军用标准GJB 2095-94的要求。
In order to improve adhesion of ship grease,based on polyester oil and MVI600 refined mineral oil produced by Yumen Refining Plant,saponification isopropanol is adopted to produce basic grease through proper refining process.Such functional additives as tackifier,antirust agent and antioxidant are added into the basic grease under certain conditions to obtain grease product.Investiga tion results show that the above mentioned functional additives have good compatibility and the grease product has good lubricity, adhesion, rust protection and water resistance and meets the requirements in the national military standard GJB 2095-94. Good feedback on the product has been obtained from users.
