- 实验室对几种润滑脂在不同温度下的锥入度与25℃时的锥入度进行对比分析,结果显示:随着温度升高,润滑脂的锥入度呈上升趋势,不同牌号的润滑脂其均值也呈上升趋势;但不具有线性关系,不同温度下的锥入度和25℃时的锥入度没有统一的换算公式,因此根据实验证明润滑脂出釜时不能做锥入度(在出釜时的温度下)。在实验室对润滑脂的锥入度评价工作过程中一定要遵守一个原则:必须规定在25±0.5℃,恒温90 min,使试样在1 min内做60次往复工作后,测定方可准确无误。
Comparatively analyzed are different penetrations of several kind of greases under different temperature conditions and 25℃ temperature condition in laboratory. Analysis results show that grease penetration has ascendant trend as temperature rises and the mean of different greases has ascendant trend also. However, they have no linear relationship and there is no uniform conversion formula between penetrations under different temperature conditions and that under 25℃ temperature condition. Experiments prove that grease penetration can not be test when it is taken out from test vessel (under such temperature condition at that time). Only under 25℃±0.5℃ temperature and 90min constant temperature conditions, specimens shall be taken into and out from test vessel 60 times within 1min, accurate determination can be obtained.
