- 气田在开采过程中,伴有大量的天然气凝液,凝析油在储存和运输过程中,会造成油气挥发损失和环境危害。通过对苏里格气田凝析油组分的分析研究,提出了凝析油稳定的工艺方案,采用HYSYS软件对流程进行模拟计算,优选450 kPa压力下蒸馏比较经济合理。目前凝析油稳定橇已在苏里格第三天然气处理厂顺利投产,经过现场运行表明:该装置集成化高、能耗低,在国内属于首台橇装式凝析油稳定装置,在国内其它油气田具有一定的推广价值。
Much accompanied natural gas condensate exists in gas field development, which will result in gas and oil volatilization and environmental damage during transportation and storage. Analyzed are components of natural gas condensate oil from Sulige Gas Field and condensate oil stabilization scheme is proposed. HYSYS software is applied for simulation calculation and results show that distillation under 450 kPa is economical. Up to now, skidmounted condensate oil stabilization unit has been successfully put into production in Sulige No 3 Gas Treatment Plant and operates properly. This skidmounted condensate oil stabilization unit is the first one in China and operating conditions show that it has such advantages as high integration and low energy consumption and may be widely used in other gas and oil fields.
