- :近年来由土石方误差引起土石方量和土石方平衡的问题比较突出，针对工程实际，以实事求是的科学态度，从勘察测量、设计计算、施工三个阶段，分阶段、较系统地归纳总结出土石方工程的主要误差因素，对误差因素进行分析和讨论，提出改进措施。
Recently, the problem of earthwork volume and earthwork balance is more and more outstanding. In view of actual engineering conditions, based on practical and realistic scientific attitude, summarized systematically are main error factors of earthwork by stage from survey, design calculation and construction, analyzed are these error factors and corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
