- 建立成品油管道运行电费优化数学模型,是考虑电价在一天波动的情况下,保证各输送油品批次按计划到达分输点的要求下,求解全线的最优配泵方案。电价较低的时段管线会运行更多泵,增大输量,电价高的峰时和平时运行泵数量减少,输量减小。峰谷电价比为3∶1、5∶1和6∶1时,兰成渝成品油管道按450 m3/h输量进行分时输送的运行计算表明,与定流量输送相比,分时输送时管道总耗电费至少可降低30 %,而且峰谷电价比越大,耗电成本降低越多。电费优化运行方案不仅对兰成渝成品油管道的运营管理提供了理论支持,也可为其他管道的运营提供借鉴。
A mathematical model for Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing product oil pipeline is established for electric charge optimization in product oil pipeline operation and the simulation results of batch transportation optimization operation of the pipeline with 450m3/h capacity show that batch transportation pipeline can operate more economically and its power cost is lower in case of more peak-valley electricity price ratio. The electric charge optimization operation scheme not only provides theoretical basis for operation management of Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing product oil pipeline and also provides beneficial reference for operation management of other pipelines.
