第三方破坏是危及管道安全平稳运行的重要危险源，也是引起高后果区输气管道失效的主要因素之一，直接影响管道的可靠性和使用寿命。数据统计表明，第三方破坏已上升为川渝地区输气管线失效的最主要原因之一。在对比分析鱼骨图法、原因因素纲要法、故障树分析法、损失因果模型分析法和实验分析法这五种方法的基础上，采用故障树分析法对川渝地区输气管道第三方破坏各个因素进行系统分析，建立了以第三方破坏致使输气管道失效为顶事件的川渝地区输气管道第三方破坏故障树。通过对故障树结构重要度的分析，得出了引起川渝地区输气管道第三方破坏的主要因素是自然灾害破坏、管道自身条件缺陷、公众教育和法制观念薄弱、施工作业破坏以及地面活动程度高。最后提出了相应的预防措施以缓解高后果区管道第三方破坏，确保输气管道安全、平稳、高效地运行。
The third party damage is one of major factors resulting in gas pipeline failures in high consequence areas， which will directly affect reliability and service life of gas pipelines. Systematically analyzed are different factors of the third party damage on gas pipelines in Sichuan and Chongqing and established is the fault tree in which the gas pipeline failures are considered as top event. Analyzed is a fault tree structure and such conclusion is achieved that the third party damage factors include mainly natural disasters， pipeline defects， weak public education and legal system， destruction of construction operations and high degree of surface activity. Finally， put forward are some measures for preventing the third party damage on gas pipelines in high consequence areas to ensure proper operation of gas pipelines.
