- 忠县天然气净化厂自2005年5月进气投产，两套主体工艺装置安全平稳运行至今，达到了工程项目设计要求，但在生产运行中也出现了一些问题。为了更透彻的了解此装置的运行情况，结合忠县天然气净化厂近五年来生产运行情况和经验，重点介绍了装置主体工艺单元（脱硫、脱水、硫磺回收）的生产运行特点及存在的问题，提出对应的改进措施，内容涉及工艺、设备、仪表等方面，并对天然气净化厂设计、试运中应注意的问题提出了一些自己的看法，为其它净化厂的安全生产运行提供技术参考。
Since put into operation in May 2005， two set of main process units in Zhongxian Gas Purification Plant have operated safely and smoothly all the time and reached relative design requirements. However， some problems occurred in production run. In combination with operation situation of the purification plant， introduced are operation characteristics of its main process units （desulfurization unit， dehydrationm unit and sulfur recovery unit）， analyzed are some problems occurring in production run and proposed are some improvement measures on such aspect as process， equipment， instrument， etc. and put forward are some considerations in design and operation of gas purification plant， which has some reference values for safe production and operation of other gas purification plants.
