- 采用电化学方法、失重法和扫描电镜研究了15 CrMo钢、20 G钢和20#钢在模拟集输环境的腐蚀行为。研究表明,三种钢的腐蚀电化学机理相同,腐蚀过程受HCO3-的扩散控制;20#钢的腐蚀产物最疏松多孔,15 CrMo和20 G的腐蚀产物比20#钢对腐蚀的抑制作用好;常压饱和CO2溶液中,20G腐蚀速率最低,但是在升高CO2分压情况下,15 CrMo钢腐蚀速率则最低;HCO3-含量、钢的显微组织和钢的成分共同作用使15 CrMo、20 G和20#钢的腐蚀存在差异。
Corrosion behaviors of 15CrMo, 20G and 20# steel in stimulated gathering and transportation environmental conditions are researched by using electrochemical method, weight loss method and scanning electron microscope and research results show that electrochemical corrosion mechanisms of the three kind of steels are identical and their corrosion process is controlled by HCO3-diffusion. Corrosion product of 20# steel is very loose and porous, corrosion products of 15CrMo and 20G steel have better effect of corrosion inhibition than 20# steel. In saturated CO2 solution under normal pressure condition, 20G steel has the lowest corrosion rate and 15CrMo steel has the lowest corrosion rate when the partial pressure of CO2 is increased. Data show that the corrosion difference of 15CrMo, 20G and 20# steel is determined by their HCO3-concentration, microstructures and compositions.
