腐蚀是CO2气田开发遭遇的难题之一,CO2腐蚀的预测和控制措施对设计和管理特别重要。综述了油气田CO2腐蚀机理及其影响因素,介绍了常见的CO2腐蚀模型和防护技术。在CO2气田环境,水的润湿性、温度、分压、pH值以及流速流态是影响CO2腐蚀速率的关键因素,CO2腐蚀预测过程中也逐渐将考虑这些影响因素,分析比较了各种预测模型和防护措施的特点,提出了基于完整性理念的CO2腐蚀控制设计原则,以期为CO2气田的设计和管理提供帮助。
CO2 corrosion is one of problems encountered in gas field development and prediction and control of CO2 corrosion are particularly important for surface engineering design in gas field development. Reviewed are CO2 corrosion mechanism and its effect factors in oil and gas field development projects and introduced are familiar CO2 corrosion prediction models and corrosion control measures. In oil and gas field environments, wettability, temperature, partial pressure, pH value, flow velocity and flow pattern are key factors which affect the CO2 corrosion rate and these factors shall be considered in CO2 corrosion prediction. Compared and analyzed are characteristics of different prediction models and corrosion control measures and put forward is the design principle of CO2 corrosion control based on integrity concept, which will provide help for design and management of CO2 gas field development.
