- 《长距离输送管道工程投资估算编制细则》实施后，长输管道投资估算的编制深度和费用类别划分发生了变化。通过对《长距离输送管道工程投资估算编制细则》与《石油建设项目可行性研究投资估算编制规定》进行对比，分析两者在适用范围、费用划分、编制深度等方面存在的主要变化内容，探讨了在投资估算编制过程中如何理解并正确使用《长距离输送管道工程投资估算编制细则》以及在使用中应该注意的问题，确保编制出的估算文件能够更合理、准确地反映项目建设投资水平。
Preparation method of cost estimate of long-distance pipeline construction has changed after issue and implementation of“Detailed Rules for Preparation of Cost Estimate of Long-distance Pipeline Construction”. Compared are differences between“Detailed Rules for Preparation of Cost Estimate of Long-distance Pipeline Construction” and “Rules for Preparation of Cost Estimate in Feasibility Study on Oil Field Construction Project”， analyzed are main differences in scope of application and main content of the both rules and put forward are some considerations in cost estimate preparation.
