- 针对大型锅炉房系统的特点，分别从锅炉本体控制系统、水处理系统、烟风系统、热力管道等四个方面进行了深入的分析，特别是针对热力管道进行了建模，应用计算程序模拟管道系统在承受内压和温度效应的情况下，对管道应力进行了准确计算，以便把管道的变形控制在规范允许的范围内，使设备的管嘴受力符合厂家要求，同时指出锅炉本体的控制必须由设计完成，应该充分理解规范的要求并提高自动化水平；系统的补水必须选择适宜的水处理方案；烟风系统的管道设计注意避免发生共振，对今后的大型锅炉房系统设计与建造有一定的参考意义。
In view with the complexity of large boiler system design， researched and analyzed are some issues needed to be considered in the design of boiler body， water system， air-flue gas system， heating pipelines in large boiler system and put forward are relative solutions， which has certain reference significance for large boiler system design and construction in the future.
