- 近几年我国天然气发展迅速,已建或者在建中的输气管道在各方面都已进入世界大型输气管道的行列。这些大型输气管道经过的地区、地形、地貌、地质状况较为复杂,与现行版本规范编制时的技术基础条件有较大的变更,现行规范已不能满足目前在建管道建设需要,宜进行必要的修改和调整。针对目前我国大型输气管道建设中执行的标准,设计系数取值,管道与周围建构筑物间距控制,线路截断阀及放空管设置和设计与施工标准要求的统一等方面提出意见和建议,供规范修订和输气管道工程建设研究参考。
In recent years, China?蒺s natural gas industry is developing rapidly, a lot of large-scale gas pipeline systems have been built and put into operation and construction of many large-scale gas pipelines is under implementation or plan. Most of these large-scale gas pipelines pass through areas with very complex topography, landforms and geological conditions. Current codes, standards and specifications followed in construction periods of the large-scale gas pipelines can not meet actual requirements and it is very necessary to revise relative codes, standards and specifications. In combination with relative parameters in codes, standards and specifications followed in large-scale gas pipeline construction, comments and suggestions on their revision are put forward, which have some reference values.
