- 靖边气田经过十多年的开发建设,气藏资源和地层能量迅速衰竭,为保证靖边气田稳产规模,研究试验了上、下古气藏气合采地面集输工艺,工艺主要采用了井下节流、单井中低压串接、井口不注醇、集气站大压比增压等技术。通过采用该工艺,技术难度大幅度降低,实现了中低压集气,降低了地面系统运行压力,同时地面投资大幅降低。该工艺技术的试验及实施,为苏东南20×108 m3/a上古气藏天然气,10×108 m3/a下古气藏天然气规划及靖边气田稳产提供了一种新思路及技术支持。
Gas reservoirs and production capacity of Jingbian Gas Field have damped rapidly after its development of over a decade. In order to ensure its steady output and production scale, studied and test was a surface gathering and transportation technology of commingled production for upper and lower Paleozoic gas reservoirs. The technology, including downhole throttling, series connection for single wells with low or middle pressure, no wellhead methanol injection and higher pressure ratio pressurization in gas gathering station, has realized low or middle pressure gas gathering and significantly reduced the degree of technical difficulties, operation pressure of surface system and surface construction investment. Meanwhile, its test and implementation will provide a brand new method and relevant technical support not only for ensuring steady production capacity of Jingbian Gas Field, but also for planning of the upper and lower Paleozoic gas reservoirs of 20×108m3/a and 10×108m3/a in southeast Sulige separately.
