- 在高含硫气田的开发过程中,随着天然气压力、温度的降低,在地层、井筒及地面集输系统中都可能发生硫沉积,引起管道和下游设备堵塞及严重的腐蚀,危害巨大。为了保证集输系统的正常运行,降低硫沉积危害,在大量文献调研的基础上,分析了集输系统中硫沉积的机理及其主要影响因素,阐述了硫沉积的主要沉积位置,给出了防治集输系统硫沉积可采用的工艺措施,认为工业实际中防治硫沉积的最好方法是注入硫溶剂。通过对比物理溶剂和化学溶剂的溶硫量、特性以及实际使用情况,认为中等程度的硫沉积推荐采用以锭子油为载体的烷基萘,硫沉积严重时,推荐使用SULFA-HITECH或者DADS硫溶剂。
In high sour gas field development, sulfur will deposit in strata, borehole and surface gas gathering and transportation system due to gas pressure and temperature drop, which will cause blocking and serious corrosion in pipeline and downstream equipment and result in enormous harm. In order to ensure proper operation of gas gathering and transportation system, it is necessary to reduce sulfur deposition. Analyzed are mechanism and major effect factors of sulfur deposition in gas gathering and transportation system and identified are main deposition positions. Through analysis, it is considered that sulfur solvent injection is the best method for sulfur deposition prevention in practical operation and provided are measures for sulfur deposition prevention. Through comparing soluble sulfur content of physical and chemical solvents, their characteristics and practical application situations, it is found that fluoroalkyl naphthalene with spindle oil as carrier may be recommended for moderate deposition and SULFA-HITECH or DADS sulfur solvent for serious deposition.
