- 针对目前控制天然气烃露点采用的不同工艺方法,比较了各种工艺的适应性及优缺点,主要阐述了低温分离工艺中的节流膨胀工艺、等熵膨胀工艺和外部制冷工艺。分析节流膨胀与等熵膨胀的原理,通过推导公式,从理论上找到二者的本质区别。针对典型的节流膨胀和等熵膨胀致冷工艺在具体工程中的实际应用,从工艺流程、工程投资、操作难度等方面进行比较选择,提出了保证高效率运行的优化技术方案,优选出了适合某天然气处理厂天然气烃露点控制的最终方案。
Introduced are different processes selected in gas hydrocarbon dew point control, compared are adaptability and advantages and disadvantages of these processes and described are throttling expansion process, isentropy expansion process and external refrigeration process in low temperature separation technology. Analyzed are principles of throttling expansion process and isentropy expansion process and derivation formula is adopted to identify the essential distinction of the both theoretically. According to actual application situations of the both processes in specific projects, analyzed and compared are different process flows, project investments and operation difficulties, put forward are optimal technical schemes for ensuring high efficient operation of process units and selected is the final design scheme suitable for natural gas hydrocarbon dew point control in certain gas treatment plant.
