- 提高总硫回收率,减少SO2排放所造成的大气污染问题是硫回收处理技术发展的重点。LO-CAT工艺是由美国ARI技术公司开发的一种环境保护型硫回收新技术,通过采用络合铁液相催化氧化法的硫磺回收方法,实现了硫回收装置的系统稳定性好、设备投资少、净化效率高和节能降耗的目的,被广泛应用于天然气、煤气、合成气、炼油厂燃气、二氧化碳气、酸性污水排放气、加工工业排放物等的硫回收和尾气处理工艺过程中,H2S的硫脱除率可以达到99.9 %以上,为建设硫回收装置提供了有竞争力的低成本优势和操作可行性的技术。介绍了LO-CAT硫磺回收工艺的基本原理、工艺流程、技术特点、工程实例及其在国内的应用前景。
Total sulfur recovery increase and SO2 emissions and atmospheric pollution decrease are focal points in sulfur recovery and processing technology. LO-CAT Process is a new environment-friendly sulfur recovery technology developed by American ARI Technology Development Company and complexation iron liquid catalytic oxidation sulfur recovery method is adopted in this technology to ensure proper operation of sulfur recovery unit, less equipment investment costs, higher purification efficiency and lower energy consumption. This technology has been widely used in sulfur recovery and tail gas treatment process of natural gas, coal gas and syngas, refinery gas, carbon dioxide gas, acid wastewater discharge gas, processing industrial emissions, etc. and its sulfur removal rate of H2S can exceed 99.9% and it has very strong cost advantage and operability. Introduced are basic principle, process flow, technical characteristics and engineering example of LO-CAT sulfur recovery process and its application prospect in China.
