- 俄罗斯极地低温钻机的使用环境温度为-45~45℃,在低温环境下为了保证钻井作业正常进行并提高钻井效率,就必须对钻机的配套设备采取相关的保温措施。钻井管汇是钻机的关键设备之一,是钻井液的主要输送管道,环境温度的高低直接影响着钻井作业的质量,在低温环境下钻井液管汇必须保持在一定的温度范围才能够保证钻井工作的正常进行。基于低温钻机管汇的应用特点,对电伴热技术的特点及应用进行了介绍,计算了低温环境下管汇的热量损失和热量需求参数,设计了一套适用于低温钻机管汇的电伴热系统,保证了钻井系统在低温环境下正常工作,达到了节能、环保的要求。
Operating temperature of low temperature drilling rig in Russian polar is -45℃ to +45℃. Effective insulation measures must be taken for associated equipment of drilling rig in order to ensure normal drilling operation in low temperature conditions and thus increase drilling efficiency. Drilling rig manifold is one of key equipment, which is the main pipeline supplying the drilling fluid. The ambient temperature will directly affect drilling operation. In low temperature conditions, drilling fluid manifold must be kept within certain temperature range and normal drilling works can be ensured. Based on characteristics of low temperature drilling pipe manifold, introduced are characteristics and application of electrical heat tracing technology, calculated is heat loss and need of drilling manifold in low temperature conditions. Designed is one set of electrical heat tracing system suitable for low temperature drilling rig manifold, which can ensure that drilling system operates properly in low temperature conditions, and further more, the system has energy-saving and environment-friendly features.
