- 为了研究大型城市天然气管网规划建设的特点，详细介绍了上海市在天然气利用及在城市天然气管网规划建设方面的现状及经验。上海市作为全国特大城市之一，随着“西气东输”、“川气东送”、“东海天然气（平湖）”管道及LNG接收站的建设，天然气供应多元化局面已基本形成。天然气管网建设及规划具有明显特色。通过上海市天然气管网建设及规划的思路，总结和探讨上海市天然气管网规划及建设的特点。提出大型城市在天然气管网规划建设中，应适当增加高压（超高压）干管、专用线及LNG接收站的建设，避免后期管道的重复性建设。
In order to study the characteristics of large?鄄scale city gas pipeline network planning and construction，described are current situation and relative experience in Shanghai gas utilization and city gas pipeline network planning and construction. After completion of“West?鄄East Gas Pipeline Project”，“Sichuan?鄄East Gas Pipeline Project”，“Donghai Natural Gas（Pinghu）Project” and LNG terminal station construction，diversification situation of city gas supply has basically formed in Shanghai. Introduced is the idea of Shanghai gas pipeline network planning and construction，summarized and discussed are characteristics in gas pipeline network planning and construction and it is pointed out that construction of high pressure（ultrahigh pressure）main pipelines，special pipelines and LNG terminal stations shall be increased appropriately in large?鄄scale city gas pipeline network planning and construction to avoid repetitive pipeline construction in future.
