- 为了解决西部原油管道冬季运行期间短期内油源不足的境况,减少管线间歇输送时的停输次数和停输时间,西部原油管道鄯善—兰州干线低输量连续运行的可行性研究显得尤为必要。对西部原油管道鄯善—兰州干线900、850和800 m3/h三种低输量工况进行了连续运行测试试验。通过北京油气调控中心的SCADA系统得到了全线在低输量下连续运行期间站场的总参数表和输油泵的总参数表。试验数据的分析结果表明西部原油管道短期内低输量下连续运行是可行的,保障了西部原油管道冬季安全平稳运行,顺利完成管线输送任务。
In order to settle the issue of crude oil shortage in winters and reduce transportation stop frequency and time during intermittent oil transportation,it is essential to study the feasibility of continuous running at low flow rate for Shanshan?鄄Lanzhou trunk line of the west crude oil pipeline. Continuous running test has been conducted on the Shanshan?鄄Lanzhou trunk line in working conditions of low flow rates of 900m3/h,850m3/h and 800m3/h and obtained are all parameters from various stations and oil transfer pumps in the whole pipeline during continuous running in working conditions of low flow rates through SCADA system in Beijing Oil & Gas Control Center. Test data analysis results show that short?鄄term continuous running in working conditions of low flow rate is feasible for the west crude oil pipeline and the continuous running test provides guarantee for safe and proper operation of the west crude oil pipeline in winter.
