- 国内外天然气净化厂的设计普遍采用知名公司的过程流程模拟软件,为了达到理想的设计和节能效果,需要设计人员长期经验的积累。因缺乏国内外同类设计单元能耗水平的详细数据,以及现有单元能耗指标设置不够直观,评价难以达到SY/T 0082.3-2006《石油天然气工程初步设计内容规范》第3部分的要求。通过对A、B、C三个天然气净化厂主要设计参数的综合分析,提出脱硫单元用脱除每千摩尔酸气耗能;脱水单元用脱除每千摩尔水耗能;硫磺回收单元用酸气中每千摩尔硫化氢发生的蒸汽量,作为天然气净化厂新的单元能耗评价指标。同时统一能量折算指标和能耗计量器具。
Process flow simulation software developed by a famous company is widely used in gas purification plant design at home and abroad. Designers are required to accumulate experience for a long time in order to achieve ideal design and energy?鄄saving effects. Due to lack of detailed data of domestic and foreign similar design unit energy consumption and not enough intuitive current unit energy consumption indexes,it is difficult to meet the requirements in Part 3 of SY/T 0082.3—2006,the national standard“Specification on Preliminary Design Scope in Oil and Gas Projects”. Comprehensively analyzed are main design parameters from gas purification plant A,B and C,proposed are electricity and steam consumption in desulfurization unit for removing every kilomol acid gas,electricity and fuel gas or steam consumption in dehydration unit for removing every kilomol water and steam generated by every kilomol sulfureted hydrogen from acid gas in sulfur recovery unit,which can be used as evaluation indexes of new unit energy consumption in natural gas purification plant.
