- 根据QHSE体系及其安全要求,以油气集输管道复配型缓蚀剂CPI-5现场应用为例,介绍了现场缓蚀剂应用流程。首先研究目标酸性气田用缓蚀剂与气田水、消泡剂、酸、碱、盐等配伍性,然后在模拟工况下采用高温高压釜评价缓蚀剂及配伍性对缓蚀性能的影响,测试合格后,才能进行现场加注和测试评估。结果表明:CPI-5缓蚀剂对油气输送管道具有优良的防腐效果,室内和现场测试都可将平均腐蚀速率控制在0.076mm/a以下,对抑制CO2和H2S腐蚀具有突出的效果,适用于CO2和H2S单一或混合的腐蚀环境的防腐,现场加注方便,经济合理,实验工艺和试验方法满足QHSE体系文件。
Base on requirements and security of QHSE and taking field application of compound corrosion inhibitor CPI-5 used for oil and gas pipelines as an example,introduced is field application process of such corrosion inhibitor. Analyzed firstly is the compatibility between the corrosion inhibitor and gas field water,defamer,acid,alkali and salt in target sour gas field and then high temperature and high pressure autoclave are operated in simulation working conditions to evaluate effects of compound corrosion inhibitor CPI-5 and its compatibility on corrosion inhibition performance. The results show that corrosion inhibitor CPI-5 has good corrosion control effect on oil and gas pipelines and its average corrosion rate in laboratory or field can be controlled below 0.076mm·a-1. It has a prominent effect for controlling CO2 and H2S,suitable for corrosion control in single or mixed corrosion conditions of H2S or CO2 . Corrosion inhibitor CPI-5 has such advantage as easy field injection,not high cost and its experimental process and the test method meet relative QHSE requirements.
