- 企业信息化建设是一项投资大、周期长、技术含量高的系统工程，为了确保信息化建设的可持续发展，提出了“基于信息安全框架的标准化集成平台”建设思路，通过该平台的建设为企业设计一整套信息化建设标准体系，高度抽象企业基础应用并将其模型化，实现业务功能与计算机管理分离，应用系统之间通过协议消除边界，实现业务系统工具化，从根本上解决信息化建设中普遍存在的发展隐患。
Enterprise information platform construction is a systematic engineering with large investment，long construction period and high technical content. In order to ensure sustainable development of information platform construction，summarized is information platform construction experience in earlier stage and put forward are ideas for constructing “Standardization Integration Platform based on Information Security Framework”. Designed is a full set of information platform construction standard systems through the platform construction，abstracted highly is enterprise application，separated are business functions from computer management，eliminated are boundaries between application systems through protocols and realized are cooperation between business systems by using tools，which eliminates fundamentally hidden troubles existing commonly in information platform construction.
