- 中石油正在规划建设的西气东输三线工程的中卫以西段基本与西气东输二线并行敷设,管道经过一级地区总长约2 160 km。参照欧美标准将一级一类地区的管道设计系数,从目前国家标准规定的0.72提高到0.8以节省钢材和投资,成为业界关注的问题。中石油管道建设项目经理部对提高一级地区管道的设计系数进行了专题研究,将为国家标准修订中增加相关内容提供支持。对西气东输三线一级一类地区采用0.8设计系数从制管、施工、运行管理等方面进行了探讨,提出了建议。
Most of the pipeline segment in the west of Zhongwei City in West?鄄to?鄄East Gas Pipeline III under construction by China National Petroleum Corporation basically goes in parallel with the West?鄄to?鄄East Gas Pipeline II and the total length of the pipeline segment passing through Grade I area is about 2160 km. In order to save steel and investment,increase of pipeline design coefficient in Grade I Classification 1 area from 0.72 in specified in current Chinese national standards up to 0.8 with reference of European and American standards has become of concern in natural gas industry. The Pipeline Construction Project Management Department of China National Petroleum Corporation has arranged a special topic study on increase of pipeline design coefficient in Grade I area,which will provide supports for adding relative content in revision of Chinese national standards. Discussed are such aspects as pipe manufacture,construction,operation,management in case of 0.8 pipeline design coefficient in the pipeline segment passing through Grade I Classification 1 area of West?鄄to?鄄East Gas Pipeline III and put forward are relative suggestions.
