- 以塔河油田稠油集输管道节能降耗课题为背景,在传统的管效分析方法基础上结合管道运行工况和流体特性参数,对其进行水利和热力计算,提出了理论对比分析法,该法可用于集输管道效率分析和储能能力的评价。介绍并推导了该方法涉及的理论计算模型和计算机求解方法,利用建立的模型对塔河油田三条管道进行管效分析,结合现场测试数据,运用理论对比分析法和传统的管道评价法对塔河集输管道效率进行了分析和评价,对比两种评价方法分别确定了集输管道最佳运行参数,从理论和实际上说明了该方法的可行性和优越性。
Taking the energy conservation and cost decrease subject of heavy oil pipelines in Tahe Oilfield as the background,hydraulic and thermodynamic calculations are conducted according to traditional pipeline efficiency analysis method,operating conditions and fluid characteristic parameters,and a theoretically comparative analysis method is put forward,which can be used for efficiency analysis and energy storage ability assessment of gathering and transportation pipelines. Introduced and derived are theoretical calculation models relative to this method and corresponding computer solving methods,efficiency analysis and assessment are conducted on three pipelines in Tahe Oilfield by using the established models,the theoretically comparative analysis method and traditional pipeline assessment methods in combination with the field test data and determined are the optimum operation parameters of gathering and transportation pipelines according to the two assessment methods respectively and described theoretically and actually are the feasibility and advantage of this method.
