- 放空系统是天然气站场安全设施的重要组成部分,其设置应严格遵循相关标准规范,通过各种工况分析确定。结合川渝气田在放空系统设置的实际情况和应用经验,根据目前工程集输设备设置及技术水平,通过合理解读国内现行标准GB 50183-2004、GB 50350-2005、GB 50251-2003中的相关规定,并加以分析论述,提出适合现阶段工程设计的推荐性做法,以提高对天然气站场放空系统的认知或者优化该部分的设计。
Flare system is an important component of safety facility in a natural gas station and shall be built strictly according to relative codes,standards and specifications after analysis on various working conditions. Analyzed are flare system setup in Sichuan and Chongqing gas fields and application experiences,reviewed are current gas gathering transportation equipment and relative technical levels,interpreted reasonably and analyzed are relevant provisions in current Chinese national standards,GB50183—2004,GB50350—2005 and GB50251—2003 and put forward are some recommended practices appropriate for current engineering designs in order to improve design performance of flare system in natural gas station or optimize its design.
