- 为了解决靖边气田甲醇回收装置塔底和塔顶产品甲醇浓度偏离设计值的问题,需要从源头出发,分析影响塔底和塔顶产品甲醇浓度的主要因素。随着气田不断开发,原料含醇污水水质变化较大,但装置参数依然按照原设计参数运行,因此结合原料含醇污水甲醇浓度波动大、成分复杂、矿化度高的现状,首先调整预处理单元加药制度,其次对部分流程进行优化,最后根据实际情况制定试验方案,优化运行参数。通过流程调整、参数优化等,得出不同含醇污水浓度下装置运行的最佳操作参数。同时针对目前甲醇回收装置运行中设备结垢等问题提出了改进建议。
In order to solve the problem that concentration of methanol from methanol recovery tower bottom and top in Jingbian Gas Field deviates from product design value,it is necessary to seek the cause from the source and identify the main factors which affect the concentration of methanol. With continuous development of the gas field,water quality of waste water containing methanol varies greatly,but the methanol recovery unit still operates according to the original design parameters. Adjusted firstly is chemicals injection system of pretreatment unit in combination with the current situation of large concentration change,complex ingredient and high mineralization of waste water containing methanol,optimized are some of technological processes,developed is test plan according to actual conditions and optimized are operation parameters. Through such practices as technological process adjustment and optimization of parameters,obtained are the optimum operation parameters of the methanol recovery unit in different concentration conditions of waste water containing methanol and put forward are suggestions for methanol recovery unit improvement in view of scale formation in the unit during operation.
