- 对水热媒技术在天然气净化装置的应用进行了研究。运用PRO/Ⅱ流程模拟软件,计算确认比热容、动力粘度、导热系数、焓值四项物性参数上,水优于三甘醇溶液。通过与钢铁、石化行业已成功运行的水热媒技术进行比较,肯定了该技术应用于天然气净化装置的安全和可行性。与低压蒸汽相比,天然气净化装置采用水热媒技术供热,在节水、节电、辅料消耗、本质安全性能、降低操作人员数量等方面具有显著的优势。建议在天然气净化装置设计或改造中,应依据实际情况,不拘泥于传统,统筹考虑,选择适宜的供热方式。
Researched is application of water heat conduction technology in gas purification equipment. Used is PRO/Ⅱ process simulation software to verify through calculation that water is superior to three glycol solution in such physical parameters as specific heat capacity,dynamic viscosity,coefficient of heat conductivity and enthalpy.Compared is the technology with those successfully applied in iron and steel and petrochemical industries and confirmed are the safety and feasibility of the technology applied in gas purification equipment. Application of water heat conduction technology in gas purification equipment for heat supply has a significant advantage than low pressure steam in water and electricity conservation,auxiliary materials consumption,essential safety and operating personnel reduction. It is suggested that proper heat supply manner is selected according to actual situation in design or modification of gas purification equipment.
