- 目前国内绝大部分气井在生产过程中析出凝析水或产生地层水,气井产量达不到临界携液流量,致使气井产生不同程度的井底积液。随着气田的开发和天然气的不断采出,地层压力逐渐降低,生产气井在关井过程中的积液倒灌和水锁效应问题显得尤为突出。以大牛地气田为例,分析了生产气井关井过程中井筒压力、井底气体流量的变化规律,阐述了产生积液倒灌和水锁效应的原因和对地层的伤害,提出了相应的预防措施,对改善低渗透气藏的开发效果具有重要意义。
At present,most of natural gas wells in China will separate out condensate water or generate formation water in production process and their output is less than the critical carrying fluid flow,which results in different degrees of gas well bottom effusion. With continues gas field development,formation pressure drops gradually,fluid intrusion and water lock effect are particularly prominent in gas well shutdown process. Taking Daniudi Gas Field for example,analyzed is the changing regularity of wellbore pressures and well bottom gas flow in gas well shutdown process,described are causes resulting in fluid intrusion and water lock effect and damage of fluid intrusion and water lock effect on the formation and put forward are relative preventive measures,which is of importance to improve effects of low permeability gas reservoir development.
