- 离心泵的性能曲线都是以清水为介质进行试验测得的,当离心泵在输送原油时,其性能与输送清水时有很大差别,必须将输送清水时的性能曲线进行换算。图表换算法和公式计算法是最常用的两种方法,图表换算法具有快速直观的特点,应用时只需通过查图表和简单手工计算即可,但图表换算法会存在视觉上的误差,精确度不是很高。公式计算法比图表换算法计算结果具有较高的准确度,适于计算机编程。根据这两种方法对原油离心泵的性能曲线进行了换算,绘制出输送原油时离心泵的性能曲线,为合理选用输送其它粘性流体的离心泵提供了参考。
The data of performance curves of centrifugal pump are obtained when test is based on such medium as fresh water. However, its performance based on such medium as crude oil is greatly different from that based on water. In order to objectively reflect the performance of centrifugal pump based on crude oil medium, it is necessary to convert data of its performance curves based on fresh water. Such conversion can be carried out through two common methods:chart conversion method and formula calculation method. The chart conversion method has such characteristic as fast conversion speed and visual conversion process and it’s very easy for users to view the chart and make a simple calculation. However, accuracy will be a problem because of visual errors. In comparison, formula conversion method is more accurate and easy to be applied in computer programming. Data conversion is made and performance curves of centrifugal pump based on crude oil are drawn through the two methods, which can provide valuable reference for selection of centrifugal pumps based on other viscous liquids.
