- 由中国石油承建的土库曼斯坦南约洛坦气田EPC项目，其外输管道管径为Φ1 420 mm。由于DN 1 400管道在我国尚属首次应用，没有相应经验积累和工程借鉴，为此，设计方设立专题予以研究。通过资料收集、技术交流和对国内外钢管厂生力能力及技术水平的调研分析，对于Φ1 420 mm线路用管的制造得出如下结论：采用针状铁素体为主的X70管线钢，晶粒度要求为No.10级或更细，带状组织应不大于3级；我国钢管厂具备生产X70 Φ1 420 mm钢管的技术实力和生产设备，能够实现国产化。在研究基础上编制的管道技术规格书，已得到土库曼斯坦业主的书面认可。
Diameter of the export pipeline in South Yolotan Gas Field development project of Turkmenistan is Φ1420mm. Because DN 1 400 pipeline is put into service in China for the first time and there is no corresponding application experience for reference， the engineering design party has established an expert team for special research. A lot of information has been collected， technical exchange has been carried out， capacity and technical level are analyzed and researched in steel pipe manufacturers at home and abroad and such conclusion is obtained for manufacture of Φ 1 420mm pipe steel as that grain degree shall be No. 10 grade or less and banding texture shall not be more than grade 3 if adopted is X70 pipe steel with acicular ferrite as main component. Steel pipe manufacturers in China have enough technical capacity and production equipment for manufacturing X70 Φ 1 420mm steel pipe and technical specifications for steel pipes prepared according to the above technical requirements have been approved in writing by the Owner in Turkmenistan.
