- 我国天然气净化厂长期依靠国外工程公司的技术,以减少天然气处理外排废气的SO2排放量。对于中等规模的硫磺回收装置,国际上通常采用四级低温克劳斯工艺、CBA工艺等。为形成自主的酸性气田天然气净化配套技术,对四级低温克劳斯工艺、CBA工艺进行原理剖析,揭示其工艺的局限性,阐明自主的CPS硫磺回收工艺的改良性。CPS硫磺回收工艺于2009年首次应用于某天然气净化厂,通过2年的实际运行,装置生产平稳正常。在设备制造、生产操作、投资、工期、节能、自动切换等方面体现了工业应用的优势。
Gas purification plants in China depend on gas purification technologies introduced from foreign engineering companies for a long time in order to reduce SO2 emission in waste gas produced during gas purification and 4-stage low temperature Claus unit or CBA process are usually adopted in middle-scale sulfur recovery units internationally. Analyzed are principles of 4-stage low temperature Claus process and CBA process, revealed are limitations of the processes and clarifies is the improvement of CPS sulfur recovery process which was applied in a certain natural gas purification plant in 2009 for the first time. All production units in this gas purification plant operate properly in recent two years. Advantages of the CPS sulfur recovery process are very obviously in such aspect as equipment manufacturing, operation, investment, time limit for a project, energy saving and automatic switches.
