- 随着气田进入后期开采,气井逐步实施泡沫排水、气举排水、增压等工艺措施,各种措施对下游脱水装置醇耗的影响也日益突显。通过对脱水装置处理气源气质、气量及上游气井实施措施影响进行了深入分析,认为上游来气酸性气质变化、杂质影响、增压运行及润滑油影响、气量调配频繁等是气田后期生产对脱水装置醇耗的主要影响因素。为降低脱水装置醇耗,建议在加强上游气田及脱水装置日常运行管理的同时,采取适当的增压设计,选择适当的过滤分离设备。
In later stage of gas field development, various kinds of measures, such as foam drainage, gas lift drainage and pressurization, will have significant effects on methanol consumption of downstream dehydration unit. After analysis on quality and volume of gas to be treated in the dehydration unit, it is considered that gas quality, impurity, pressurization, lubricating oil quality and frequent gas volume change are main factors affecting methanol consumption of the dehydration unit in later stage of gas field development. In order to reduce methanol consumption, it is suggested that daily management of dehydration unit operation in gas field is strengthened, pressure is properly increased and filtration separation equipment is selected reasonably.
