- 天然气凝液回收是天然气集输工程中的一项重要工程,回收方案多种多样,各有利弊。为此,以传统意义上的天然气凝液回收的方法,即吸附法、油吸收法、低温分离法、膜分离法为例,根据物元理论,结合我国天然气凝液回收系统决策要素的特点,建立了关联函数和物元环保决策矩阵,探讨物元环保决策模型,进行了应用实践,旨在为环保决策提供一种简便实用的评价选择方法。最后经过理论分析,得出采用低温分离法综合关联函数值最大,为天然气凝液回收的最优环保决策方案。通过物元理论对回收方案进行决策,结果与实际吻合良好。
Natural gas condensate recovery is an important part in gas gathering and transportation. There are various recovery methods and each one has its own advantages and disadvantages. Taking such traditional recovery methods as adsorption recovery, oil absorption, low temperature separation and membrane separation for example, established is a correlation function and matter-element environment protection decision matrix according to the matter-element theory and characteristics of decision-making elements of gas condensate recovery system in China, discussed is the matter-element environment protection decision model and the model is put into practical application in order to provide a simple and practical evaluation and selection method for environment decision. Theoretical analysis results show that the max integrated correlation function value can be obtained by using the low temperature separation method, which is the optimal environment decision-making scheme for gas condensate recovery. Selection of gas condensate recovery scheme through matter-element theory can obtain good effects.
