- 通过对仪表阀门工作原理及对天然气地面工程中工厂、站仪表用风量理论计算方法的介绍,与实际工程中仪表阀门仪表风用风情况的分析相结合,制定了工程中安全、可靠、合理的仪表用风量设计计算方法,再根据环境对空压机的影响、空压机损耗情况以及机组备机原则等情况,明确了空压站机组的设置。同时,根据国家规范要求,结合厂、站事故时,仪表阀门工作的实际情况,确定了仪表风罐容量的计算方法,提出了经济、安全、可靠的空压站配置。
Introduced are the working principle of instrument valves and theoretical formulas for instrument air consumption calculation in gas treatment plants and gas compressor stations in natural gas field surface construction projects. Analyzed are different instrument air consumptions in practical projects, identified is a reliable and reasonable method for instrument air consumption calculation in engineering design and proposed is the optimum configuration of air compressor unit according to analysis results. Also, in combination with operating conditions of instrument valves in case of accident, determined is the method for instrument air drum capacity calculation in accordance with relative China national codes, standards and specifications and put forward is an economical, safe and reliable configuration of an air compressor station.
