- 分析了目前酸性气田的腐蚀环境及腐蚀类型,结合酸性气田的腐蚀特点,提出酸性环境用碳钢和低合金钢材料选择原则和依据标准,对酸性环境下使用碳钢和低合金钢材料质量控制措施进行描述。举例说明国外生产厂家对压力容器用钢板材料的化学成分和抗氢致开裂(HIC)和硫化物应力开裂(SSC)性能等控制措施,结合国内外酸性油气田碳钢和低合金钢材料的应用经验,对酸性气田使用的碳钢和低合金钢材料的化学成分和抗硫性能要求提出了控制措施,探讨了目前国内酸性油气田环境使用材料的研究方向和趋势。
Analyzed are corrosion environment and types in current sour gas fields, introduced are corrosion characteristics in sour gas fields, put forward are principles and standards followed for selecting carbon steel and low alloy steel materials used in sour gas environment, proposed are measures for quality control on carbon steel and low alloy steel materials in such environment, introduced are chemical components of steel materials for pressure vessels at home and abroad and analyzed are hydrogen induced cracking and sulfide stress corrosion cracking resistance performances of these steel materials. Combined with application experience of carbon steel and low alloy steel materials in sour gas fields at home and abroad, proposed are hydrogen induced cracking and sulfide stress corrosion cracking resistance performance requirements and put forward are some suggestions on research direction and trend of carbon steel and low alloy steel materials used in sour gas environment in China.
