- 为告别油库“纸笔化”管理模式、提高油库操作安全性，实现油库数字化管理。阐述了数字化油库的基本思想，分别从油库的结构组成和数据流程两方面对数字化油库的组成系统进行了分类。从油库结构组成分析，将数字化油库的18个子系统归类为3大系统，分别是自动化控制系统、综合管理系统和安防控制系统；从油库内部数据工作流程，指出数字化油库三大组成系统，分别是实时数据采集系统、信息管理系统和数据传输网络系统。简要分析了国内数字化油库建设中存在的数据结构不统一、自动化水平低、信息处理效率低等技术问题。指出数字化油库是未来油库的建设重点，需结合实际、长期规划，着眼未来。
To terminate the “paper and pen” management mode， improve operation safety and realize digitalization management for oil depot， it is necessary to set forth the basic idea of oil depot digitalization management. Classified are components of digitalized oil depot into two aspects respectively according to its structure and data process and analyzed are its structure and data process. Its structure consists of 18 subsystems， which can be classified into such 3 systems as automatic control system， comprehensive management system and security control system and the 3 systems have such functions as real-time data acquisition， information management and data transmission respectively. Briefly analyzed are some technical questions existing in domestic digitalized oil depot construction， such as unified data structure， low automatic level and low information processing efficiency. It is pointed out that digitalized oil depot construction is significant for future oil depot construction and it is necessary to combine with current practical conditions and take a long-term planning and focus on the future.
