- 鉴于天然气集输场站具有点多、线长、面广的生产特点,在生产中涉及的危险因素多,为了准确反应天然气集输场站的安全现状,在建立多级模糊综合评价的指标体系的基础上,借用信息论中熵技术计算客观权重的方法,结合模糊数学理论,提出了集输场站安全现状二级模糊综合评价方法。应用该方法对某天然气集输场站安全现状进行了综合评价,得出其安全状况为“较好”,通过对评价结果的深入分析,可找出场站中主要因素和综合管理存在的不足之处,为制定安全对策措施提供了指导。
Because natural gas gathering and transportation system has such features as multiple stations, long pipeline and wide range and many risky factors exist in production, it is necessary to reflect overall safety conditions of the system accurately. Established is an index system for multistage fuzzy comprehensive assessment, applied is fuzzy mathematics theory, adopted is the method for objective weight calculation in information theory and proposed is the two-stage fuzzy comprehensive assessment method. The method is used for comprehensive assessment on safety conditions in some gas gathering and transportation station and the conclusion of “Better” is obtained. This method can not only find out deficiencies existing in gathering and transportation station, but also provide guidance for establishing safety countermeasures and safeguards.
