- 煤层气井口分离器出来的气体含饱和水,在管输至集气站的途中由于温度和压力的变化,很可能析出冷凝水。为防止发生采气管道内形成水合物以及腐蚀等,有必要在积水段设置分水器。根据煤层气采气管道的设计参数,使用工艺流程软件模拟计算得到采气管道沿线的温度、压力分布情况,利用煤层气含水量的经验公式计算得到采气管道沿线的饱和含水量。以山西沁水盆地某煤层气采气管道为例,计算确定了其分水器布局方案,并在此基础上计算分水器的个数、排放周期、有效容积等工艺参数。因此,该方法可用于煤层气采气管道分水器的工艺计算。
Gas from coalbed methane wellhead separator is saturated and contains water and condensed water will be separated out probably in pipeline due to changes in temperature and pressure when it is transported by pipeline to gas gathering station. In order to prevent hydrate from forming in flow line, it is necessary to install a water separator in water accumulation section. According to design parameters of coalbed methane flow line, conducted is process software simulation to calculate and obtain temperature and pressure distribution information along the flow line and used is an experience formula of coalbed methane water content to calculate and obtain saturated water content along the flow line. Drawn are elevation maps, pressure and temperature drop curve and water content curve of coalbed methane flow line and determined is the overall arrangement scheme of water separator and such process parameters are calculated and obtained as number, water discharge cycle and effective volume of water separators according to such overall arrangement scheme.
