- 随着国内外高酸性天然气田开发进程的加快,其地面集输净化处理工艺及配套技术得到了长足的发展。通过对近年来地面工程新技术的推广和应用情况,主要包括集输系统气液混输工艺技术、流动安全保障技术、高酸性气田水处理工艺技术、材质选择技术、缓蚀剂加注技术以及净化处理工艺中的脱硫、脱碳工艺技术等进行总结,对高酸性气田地面集输处理工艺发展前景及重点技术攻关进行了展望,表明我国目前高含硫气田开发已具备一定的水平,下一步应针对发展前景开展技术攻关。
With rapid development of high sour gas fields at home and abroad, gas surface gathering and transportation technologies, gas purification processes and their supporting technologies have been developed significantly. Summarized are such new gas field development surface engineering design technologies popularized and applied in recent years as oil-gas multi-phase flow transportation technology in gathering and transportation system, flow safety control technology, high sour gas field water treatment technology, pipeline material selection technology, corrosion inhibitor injection technology and desulfurization and decarburization technology, forecast are development prospect of high sour gas field surface gathering and transportation technologies and key technology researches, which will provide certain practical value for high sour gas field development and surface engineering construction in China.
