- 就目前钛基硫磺回收催化剂的概况进行介绍,对中国石油西南油气田公司天然气研究院开发的CT6-8的评价条件以及制备流程进行简要说明,重点就比表面积、孔结构、强度对钛基催化剂的影响,以及氧浓度、老化处理对催化剂的影响进行详细说明。采用独特配方,按照条形催化剂的成型方法成型,制备出物理性能良好的催化剂样品,并在实验室条件下进行评价。结果表明,该催化剂在强度远高于国外同类催化剂的条件下,各种活性也与之相当。钛基催化剂CT6-8在工厂的应用效果较好,催化剂的活性,尤其是有机硫水解活性与实验室的结果相符,达到90 %以上的水解率。
Introduced is general situation of titanium base catalyst used currently for sulfur recovery, briefly described are assessment method, preparation conditions and process of CT6-8 titanium base catalyst developed by PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company Natural Gas Technology Institute and described in detail are effects of its specific surface area, pore structure, strength, oxygen concentration and ageing treatment on titanium base catalyst. Through using a unique formula and forming technology for bar-type catalyst, obtained is sample catalyst with good physical performance and assessed is the sample catalyst under laboratory conditions. Assessment results show that the catalyst has various activities as good as that of foreign similar catalysts even when its strength is far higher than the latter. CT6-8 titanium base catalyst has good application effect in factories, especially its organic sulfur hydrolysis activity is consistent with test results obtained in laboratory and its hydrolysis rate has exceeded 90 %.
