- 影响硫磺回收装置稳定运行的瓶颈为燃烧设备,其内衬稳定性的设计至关重要。衬里材料的选择、衬里结构的优化、反应温度的控制等均是影响因素。侧重对工艺因素进行剖析,提出与工艺充分结合、具有工程实用性的环壁保护燃烧技术,阐明该技术可在不降低硫磺回收率的前提下,有效降低内衬材料工作温度,确保内衬稳定性的工程应用意义。
Combustion equipment is key equipment which has effect on proper operation of sulfur recovery unit and design of its lining stability is critical. Selection of its lining materials, optimization of its lining structures and control of its reaction temperature will affect operation of sulfur recovery unit. Analyzed are various process factors, proposed is the ring wall protection combustion technology with engineering practicability in full combination with process and expounded is that the technology can effectively reduce working temperature of lining materials, ensure stability of lining materials under the premise of that sulfur recovery is not decreased.
